A beautiful shower starts with a highly functional and elegant base. With many options on the market today, finding the right base can be difficult. That decision here at American Bath has been refined and made easier. We offer four different base models with specific functions; when choosing the right base you can get exactly what you are looking for. Whether it's a high threshold for a curtain, low threshold for easy access, or our linear base for a more aesthetic design.

For more strength and lighter weight, Elegance shower bases have a solid surface exterior with a reinforced composite substrate. To provide increased durability and make installation simple, the base has a ribbed construction underneath.
Elegance custom solid surface shower bases help you to get the width, depth and drain position for a custom sized area. Available with widths up to 96 inches and depths up to 60 inches. The baseline height is 4" with either regular or zero roll-in thresholds. Installations for new and existing construction.

Our linear bases are made of a composite material consisting of resin, stone, and fiberglass. Created using molded rigid surface compression for each precise radii and angle. It is solid, lightweight, resistant to slip, and resistant to scratch.

Specifications
Single, double or peninsula shower foundation, low profile with natural stone effect. "Ultra low front curb 1" threshold for quick entry. Material for heavy duty SMC. Installations for new and existing buildings. High aluminum tiling flange of 2-1/4 used. Select from the single, double or threshold of the peninsula. Simple installation. For a safe environment, a slip-resistant lightly textured slate floor while retaining an easy to clean surface. Drain cover in SMC material that matches.
Specifications
Under some constraints, the base can be designed to custom sizes. It can be trimmed from either side to 4" in width or up to 2" in depth. Base is intended to be used in stock sizes and single or double threshold versions in custom sizes as a single, double or triple threshold. To allow for columns in a corner, notches may also be cut from the bases.

Curbless Flat
Specifications
Curbless shower bases are made for tile to go over them. A smooth integration with the tile floor is the result. To the surrounding area, the shower base becomes almost invisible. The shower base is angled to match the drain precisely with the base and tile. The foundation is small and lightweight. The foundation lies directly on the joists and matches the surrounding material of the substrate. Installations for new and existing construction. Integral 1' high flange for tiling. Give just the color white. Shower drain with white plastic cover included.
